Holidays: Update Frequency

Holidays are not set in stone. In fact, they are real-time data.

If you only update your holidays once a year, the data will become out of date very fast. That is why we monitor holidays on a daily basis. It is also why you should view holidays as real-time data, and why we are the people who can keep you current.

The chart below shows the monthly rate of change over the past 12 months.

For all of 2013, an average of 8.2% of our centers changed their holidays each month. This compares with 8.7% per month in 2012, 8.9% in 2011, 9.7% in 2010, 7.7% in 2009, 8.8% in 2008, 8.0% in 2007, 7.8% in 2006, 9.0% in 2005, 7.0% in 2004, 7.1% in 2003, 9.6% in 2002, 10.3% in 2001, 7.3% in 2000 and 9.4% in 1999.
